Continuing the tradition of student Industry interface and interaction sessions, 'CMAC Colloquium' presented the lecture of Mr. Iqbal Rizvi. The lecture on "News Channels - Programming Challenges and Issues" was appreciated and valued by the students. Mr. Rizvi threw light on the Programming philosophy of the market leaders like Aaj Tak, NDTV, Zee and of course IBN 7. The lecture, which lasted for an hour turned into a fruitful comparative study of the leading news channels for the students. Mr. Iqbal Rizvi has been associated with the Media industry for the past 18 years out of which 11 years have been spent with television channels and production houses. He has worked with Business India Television, Bag Films, Aaj Tak, Moving Pictures Company and now is working with IBN 7.
